Ali Miller
About
Ali Miller has worked in the Civil Law field since 2016 after she graduated from Montana State University. She studied Psychology, English and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. After graduation, she spent several months backpacking through Costa Rica and teaching English.
Over the past five years, Ali has worked on both insurance defense cases and Plaintiff cases. Ali's main areas of focus have been motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, negligence, and dog bites. She has worked alongside several trial attorneys on numerous jury trials. Ali is highly experienced in all aspects of Plaintiff cases, from property damage and prelitigation through trial. Ali is widely successful in every step along the way, she is the go-to for getting answers and getting results, always with the clients’ best interest as her motivation.
She has a vast knowledge of liens and applicable lien laws, which she uses to get waivers and large reductions to maximize clients’ recovery. Ali uses her investigative skills to find witnesses and obtain valuable information to help resolve cases and strengthen every claim.
Ali prides herself on creating real and trusting relationships with clients and is a bright light for each of them as they go through these extremely difficult times.
In her free time, Ali, our native to Oregon, loves running, working out, and hiking with her sweet rescue husky, Mishka. You can also find her at the Archery range practicing for hunting season.
